NY 219 Civil Air Patrol Squadron Meeting November 4, 2008

The meeting began at 7:30pm.

Capt Wooley made the following announcements.

Increased participation is needed in AYC flights. Funding is available, and flights may go off on a 24hr/7day basis. A form will be created to insure better coordination. Please use email to coordinate flights.

An Advanced Radio Course will be offered on November 25, 2008.

An inspection of the squadron will occur in the future. Please update all personnel folders.

If members are eligible for promotions, awards or other recognition please submit the necessary CAP Form 2 and speak with the personnel officer Lt Stern.

All members are reminded to keep copies of all documents and correspondence.

Mission Air Crew School is for November 8^th and 9^th. Contact Lt. Dewey for additional information.
