NY 219 Civil Air Patrol Squadron Meeting October 7, 2008

The meeting began at 7:15pm.

An SDIS briefing was presented by Marge Tummolo and Steven Dewey.

A  Becker briefing presented by Mark Semsel.

Congratulations to Mike Costa on achieving Form 5.

The following announcements were made by Lt. Dewey and Captain Silverman:

Mission Air Crew School is for November 8^th and 9^th. Contact Lt. Dewey for additional information.

SLS program is scheduled for October 25^th  and 26^th. Please review dress code requirements.

Dining Out. Capt. Heath is looking for assistance in a variety of areas please contact him for further information.

Safety Down Day will be on October 28^th beginning at 7:15 pm. This must be completed by all members by October 31, 2008. Failure to complete this may result in the suspension of certain duties.

Change in Command for Cadets is scheduled for October 28, 2008.  Cadets will be assisting in security for the NYC Marathon, all interested seniors should contact Andres Bermudez.

All member need to review awards earned and possible promotions. See CAPR 35-5. Please forward all information to the awards committee.
