NY 219 Civil Air Patrol Squadron Meeting 9 June 2009

The meeting began at 7:15pm

Capt Wooley made the following announcements:

The LIG SAREVAL will be held June 8^th through 15^th. Transport, Ferry, ELT and SAR mission will take place throughout the week. Please speak to Major Wooley about your availability.

182 Crews for Saturday are as follows:

Cipriano, Smith and Cetta

Singer, Willsea and Kiley

MRO at LIG:  Smith and Wolfe

MRO at HPN: Kaplan

Ground Team at LIG: Justin, Wolfe and Lankford

Capt Silverman made the following announcement:

Anyone with Flight Line pass issues should see Maj Cioffi.

Orientation flights are needed for Cadets.

A Squadron specific bivouac should be planned for some time this summer. SM Ware has volunteered to assist in the planning.

A Wing wide bivouac is scheduled for 12 August 2009 and Col Andreau’s home in upstate New York.

Lt Gasparino gave the monthly safety briefing.

A video on Air Force One was presented.

A photo labeling review was presented by Capt Silverman.
