NY 219 Civil Air Patrol Squadron Meeting 2 June 2009

The meeting began at 7:15pm

Capt Silverman made the following announcements:

All Form5 Pilots must get an airport flight line pass. The documents are available at airport operations. Speak to Sarah 914-995-4850 if you have any questions.

50 New York State Aeronautical maps will be ordered for the Squadron.

All members who have qualified for ribbons, medals or promotions should check with Capt Silverman for proper processing.

The Blue Angels will be at Binghamton over July 4^th weekend.

AYC funding is available.

The LIG SAREVAL will be held June 8^th through 15^th. Transport, Ferry, ELT and SAR mission will take place throughout the week. Please speak to Major Wooley about your availability.

SARCOM was Memorial Day Weekend. Our Wing finished 3^rd in flying and 3^rd overall.

All members must make sure that documents are up to date and that all issues with aircraft and vehicles be recorded in the appropriate log book.
