NY 219 Civil Air Patrol Squadron Meeting 19 May 2009

The meeting began at 7:25pm

Major Wooley made the following announcements:

AYC funding is available. 7 AYC flights are scheduled over the next few days.

At the end of all flights the fuel ticket must be sent to Col Hughes and the Flight Package (104, Risk Matrix and weight/balance forms) must be sent to Col Flynn.

Flight Scheduler Pro may only be used by Pilots, Group-ES officers and Squadron Commanders.

The LIG SAREVAL will be held June 8th through 15th. Transport, Ferry, ELT and SAR mission will take place throughout the week. Please speak to Major Wooley about your availability.

SARCOM is Memorial Day Weekend. We are sending two teams to the competition.

Falcon, Silverman and Stern.

Cipriano, Smith and Levy.

It is Fleet Week in NYC.

Major Cioffi gave additional information about AYC flights and funding.

Lt Costa outlined the new billing and bill paying requirements for flights using CAP aircraft.
